Terms and Conditions
Nancy Collins Photography retains the copyright of all images taken.
Images that are purchased as digital files are not to be altered in any way that change the quality of the image without prior consent. It is a criminal offence to copy, screen grab, scan or reproduce photographs without written consent by Nancy.
If you purchase digital files, you are granted a licence to use your images for personal use. Your purchased files can then be used for sharing with your friends and family on social media sites (watermarked copies will be provided for this purpose), for updating model or acting portfolios and printing out for yourself, family and friends. These images are not to be sold or given to any third parties without prior consent by Nancy.
Images taken may be used by Nancy Photography for display or marketing purposes, (on social medias and/or this website). If you would prefer this not to be the case, please let me know in writing before your session.
Full payments are to be made before your session. On occasion, a deposit sometimes is required to secure your date and time. Deposits and payments are non-refundable¬ but fully transferable to another date if at least 5 days’ notice is given. If you cancel your session within this time and full payment has been made, the regular deposit cost will be taken off your payment. Your booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your photographic session, the balance of which is payable at your appointment if full payment hasn't been made.
Installment plans are available when purchasing all images. By doing so, you are entering into an agreement that full payment will be paid. No refunds are given, should you not be able to fore fill the installments.
Sessions and Vouchers must take place within 6 months of payment for your session. NO refunds are given. No refunds are given on any photos where links have been sent out.
If for any reason, photos that are no longer online need to be re-uploaded, I charge a £10 fee.
By booking a photographic session at Nancy Photography, you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions.
